Thank you for shopping with RxMotion LLC ("RxMotion," "we," "our," or "us"). This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from rxmotion.store.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method.

From time to time, RxMotion LLC may offer free shipping promotions. Any qualifying offers will be clearly displayed on our website.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

  • Standard Shipping (United States): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on destination country and customs processing.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping carriers, including but not limited to:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL (for select international shipments)

Carrier selection may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected.


Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your confirmation email.


Shipping Delays

Although we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

RxMotion LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at orders@rxmotion.store. We will make every reasonable effort to update your shipping information before your order is processed.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that shipping address changes can be made.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@rxmotion.store.

To assist with any shipping claims, we may request photographs of the package, shipping label, and damaged item(s).


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated during checkout.
