Refund & Return Policy

At RxMotion LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.


Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • With original tags attached (if applicable)
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

Starting a Return

To request a return, please contact our Returns Team at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Do not send your item back without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address if applicable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@rxmotion.store.

Please include clear photographs of:

  • The product
  • The shipping packaging
  • The shipping label (if applicable)

We will review your claim and work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products (if applicable)
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

If you have questions about whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before submitting a request.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, where required by applicable law.

Returned items must remain:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Some exceptions may apply for custom or personalized products where permitted by law.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at returns@rxmotion.store.


Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
